Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 3 business days before shipping. 

Delivery Estimates

• Malaysia (domestic): 3–5 business days, RM15 standard shipping.
• International: 7-20 business days.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by customs processing or events outside our control.

Customs and Import Charges For eligible US orders shipped via our standard method, duty may already be included in the price you pay at checkout. For other destinations, your local customs authority may charge import duties or taxes on delivery, which are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping cost.
